Introduction

This web page is dedicated to public users who have interested in global rainfall and the spatiotemporal variation.

Objectives:

• To promote use of fine-scale rain climatology obtained from long-term operation of TRMM PR
• To illustrate the seasonal and diurnal variation of long-term mean rainfall .
• To show scale-based rain factors of PR-derived Precipitation Systems (PR-PSs).

This web is mainly constructed by “rain map” with slide-bar animation and “Data & Registration” for data download.
